​This is a free, 35 minute training that reviews how to conduct legal research for a memo assignment using Lexis Advance.  Using adverse possession as my example, I’ll go over how to build a search using terms and connectors; how to leverage secondary sources to find case law; and how to determine if a case is still “good” law using Shepard’s.  All attendees that have opted into the Lexis Reward’s program will earn points for attending the training.  Additionally, one lucky winner will leave with a new pair of Beats Solo3 Wireless Headphones!
